Guide to Reading Reports

Reports can help you increase phone room productivity. We recommend saving a report at the end of each day or after every shift. A sample report is included below.

Each report has 3 sections:

Technical Notes:

  1. The current session is everything that has happened since the reports were last reset. (Reports can be reset by choosing Reports > Save, and clicking Yes when the "Reset Reports" prompt appears.)
  2. The statistics in the reports do not reflect any manual calling done by the operators.
